At Abbott Hockey Academy, we are dedicated to developing confident, creative, and skilled hockey players. Our programs are designed to prepare athletes for the next level, whether they're just starting out or aiming for professional play. We work with all ages, from Novice to Pro, focusing on building character and consistency in performance within a fun and positive environment.

Our comprehensive training includes:

• On-Ice Training 🏒: Emphasizing stick handling, puck control, shooting, skating, edges, and puck skills. We offer private and semi-private instruction, goalie skills, camps, and league participation.
• Strength & Conditioning 💪: Aiming to improve each athlete’s mobility, total body strength & power, aerobic & anaerobic capacity, and injury prevention through proper warm-up and mobilization techniques.
• High Performer Program 🎓: Catering to elementary and high school students, this program includes on-ice skills, off-ice training, stickhandling & shooting seminars, and daily shuttles to school, accommodating demanding training and competition schedules.

Located in Hamilton, Ontario, our training facility provides an ideal environment for athlete development.
