Welcome to Elite Lab! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Elite Lab website at https://elitelab.ca (the "Site") and any services provided by Elite Lab ("we," "our," or "us"). 1. Platform Overview

a) Personal Information You Provide

Elite Lab provides a platform that connects athletes, parents, and guardians with coaches and sports specialists ("Coaches") across areas such as skills training, strength development, and mindset.

Elite Lab does not directly offer coaching services but facilitates connections between users and independent Coaches.

2. Eligibility

You must be:

• At least 13 years old to use the platform with parental consent (18+ to register as a coach or book independently)
• A resident of Canada or accessing the platform in compliance with applicable local laws

3. Account Registration

You may create an account to access certain features of the platform. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

Elite Lab reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the platform responsibly and not to:

• Misrepresent your identity or qualifications
• Post false or misleading information
• Harass or abuse other users
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Interfere with the platform’s security or functionality

5. Coach Listing & Profiles

Coaches who appear on Elite Lab are responsible for:

• The accuracy of their profiles and qualifications
• Delivering services directly to athletes as agreed upon
• Maintaining appropriate insurance, certifications, and background checks

Elite Lab may verify information but does not guarantee coach performance.

6. Payment & Fees

Coaching services may be booked directly with the Coach or through Elite Lab, depending on the setup. Any fees processed through the platform are subject to our current pricing and transaction policies.

We may use third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe) for secure transactions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including logos, branding, and graphics, is the property of Elite Lab or its licensors. You may not use or reproduce any content without express permission.

8. Disclaimers

• Elite Lab is not liable for the outcome of any training, performance, or injury that may occur in relation to coaching sessions.
• All services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite Lab is not responsible for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Losses related to service interruptions, unauthorized access, or data loss

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you, if any, in the past 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Elite Lab and its partners from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time if you breach these Terms or if your use poses risk to others.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.

13. Change of Terms

Elite Lab may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
