At Hyperfit Hockey, we strive to maintain a professional and enjoyable High Performance facility. Our training philosophy focuses on developing the aerobic and anaerobic energy systems by manipulating the mode, intensity, and duration of each training session. We aim to increase strength through a combination of resistance exercises, improve acceleration and top-end speed through sport-specific plyometrics and quick feet drills, and reduce injury risk through flexibility training. Additionally, we educate athletes and coaches on all aspects of training and conditioning for ice hockey.
