At Hyperfit Hockey, we strive to maintain a professional and enjoyable High Performance facility. Our training philosophy focuses on developing the aerobic and anaerobic energy systems by manipulating the mode, intensity, and duration of each training session. We aim to increase strength through a combination of resistance exercises, improve acceleration and top-end speed through sport-specific plyometrics and quick feet drills, and reduce injury risk through flexibility training. Additionally, we educate athletes and coaches on all aspects of training and conditioning for ice hockey.

Our comprehensive training includes:

  • On-Ice Skills 🏒: Emphasizing stick handling, puck control, shooting, skating, edges, and puck skills.
  • Team Training 🤝: Creating a fun and competitive atmosphere that brings out the best in each individual and encourages team cohesion.
  • Fitness Training 💪: Aiming to improve each athlete’s mobility, total body strength & power, aerobic & anaerobic capacity, and injury prevention through proper warm-up and mobilization techniques.
